Why I Started This Business

I have been a woodworker and carpenter in Oregon since 1992.  I started this web site so other people could purchase handmade wood-turned items to enjoy the craftsmanship and beauty of all the varieties of wood as much as I do.

I initially started wood turning to make walking canes for my son.  I enjoyed doing that so much that I decided to try making other projects to give as gifts to friends and family.  Many of these friends and family members liked them so much, they told me I should think about selling my work, so here I am.
